In the rapidly changing world, the IT revolution has changed every aspect of the system which has positive as well as negative impacts on the individuals. People are more focussed on getting more luxury and thereby looking to earn as much as possible which may lead to a state of depression at some point in time. The study conducted by the University of Queensland which states depression is more common in western countries or developed countries where technological advancement are very high. In the USA 80% of the individuals affected by depression do not receive any treatment. so here we are trying to reach the peoples who can take benefits the home made remedies for alleviating the depression.

Depression can lead to severe turbulence in an individual's life . Depression is not a physical wound that can be automatically healed in some days but always interferes with the day to day works.He or She unable to concentrate on the work which results in poor performance, doing the shabby work , always living in the dark results in unbearable mental stress. Living under a roof of depression caused mental illness and it  will call upon many diseases including Insomnia. High Blood pressure, Sugar, Thyroid are the common and deadly diseases. We hear news every now and then about the various instances of suicide by various depressed individuals.


There are different types of Depression from which a patient suffers.

1. Bipolar Disorder: It is also known as manic-depressive illness and is not the common one. It is usually characterized by frequent changes of mood sometimes leading to high depression and sometimes too low depression.Peoples suffering from Bipolar disorder may sometimes become violent and tend to hurl things here and there.

2. Major Depression: This type of depression may occur only once but more commonly occurs several times in a life span. It usually interferes with the normal routine of one’s life like work, eating patterns, sleep, and other entertainment activities.

3. Dysthymia: It is a less severe type of depression that shows chronic symptoms and is not washed with the time but interferes with the well functioning and good moods of the person.

Home Remedies for Depression 

1. Cashewnut is a good remedy for treating depression and nervous system. 

2. Apple is the best remedy for all sort of illness including the depression. It consists of various useful vitamins such as Vit. B, Ph, and Potassium which help to keep the mental nerves fresh all the time. Apple needs to be consumed with milk and honey at least twice a day. Morning time is the best time during the breakfast and in the evening after 4 hours after lunch. This home remedy is one of the best and powerful remedies to treat the depression which keeps the metal nerves active and fresh all the time.

3. Cardamom,is another remedy to treat the depression. It can be prepared with the tea and water and mixture needs to be boiled with powdered seeds of Cardamom.Milk can be added  to the tea but it is preferable to sip the mixture without milk

5.Rose Petals,take a handful of rose petals, dry them in shadow. Once dried make powder and boiled with water. Drink twice in a day just like tea. It helps a lot.

7. Eat at least 5 bananas a day, Reduce to one in time. 

8. Eat a lot of Pumpkin seeds. 

9. Warm Avocado leaves and puts them on a forehead.

10.Stir 1 teaspoon of Lavender leaves to a cup of boiling water, cool and drink 3 times daily.

A toothache is one of the worst pain surrounding the teeth and it sometimes feels like an uninvited guest especially when you are going or planning some party.For the school or college going students, it becomes worse if happens during examination time.There are plenty of reasons which causes a toothache.Lack of calcium in the body is the one reason and Formation of Cavities due to persistent bacterial formation especially in the molar or premolar teeth causes a significant toothache is another and more significant cause. The bacteria and germs react with the remains of the food on the teeth produce acids and damages the teeth enamel, in the medical science term this is called infection.There are other reasons of a toothache such as a tooth decay,tooth fracture,a loose filling of a cavity, infection along the gum line called abscessed tooth etc.. When the bacterial infection enters into the root of the teeth then it causes pain. Ear,sinus infection or sometimes heart disease can cause uneasiness or discomfort which resembles a toothache or jaws pain, but these health problems are normally accompanied by a headache.If you have severe Jaws pain then it is advisable to consult your GP immediately.


Natural Home Remedies for Toothache

1. Do a mouthwash which has a combination of EUCALYPTOL, MENTHOL, and THYMOL oil.There are a lot of mouthwash available in the market which contains the above-mentioned oils.All these have germ killing properties and can give you a soothing effect in a little while.You may continue on doing the mouthwash 30 seconds twice a day after brushing.

2. Take a glass of warm water and stir with a teaspoon of salt.Rinse your mouth properly for 30 seconds and spit it out. Do the same exercise till the glass become empty. This will reduce swelling & inflammation and you feel some immediate relaxation in pain.

3.Cloves are the most helpful reliever of a toothache due to its anaesthetic and Numbing properties of its main ingredient called Eugenol. The cloves remedy is one of the oldest and proven ways to cure a toothache. It can be used in two ways. First, one is to get clove oil from the market, make sure that the clove oil must contain the Eugenol as an active ingredient. Place some clove oil on your affected tooth for some time till you feel some numbness in the gums than spit it out. Repeat the process 2-3 times in an hour. Another way is to get some raw cloves and place it between your bad teeth and Crush it. You will feel the tingling sensation in your mouth which will lead to having some numbness in the gums and last couple of hours.It's better to place a clove in the night-time between your bad teeth and sleep.This will get some relief from pain.

4.Spinach is a rich source of vitamins which not only helps in a toothache but also prevents bad breath and makes the gum strong.Take a few Spinach leaves and chew them to get some relieve from a toothache

5.When it comes to home remedies for a toothache, Asafoetida is the one which can be found in every house and my Grand ma always recommending for the instant relief from a toothache. It is something and very Easy to prepare. Take some Asafoetida and mix it sweet lemon juice and dip the Cotton ball and place the cotton between the bad teeth.it will relieve the pain immediately.

6.Use of Onion is Best for a toothache. People who eat raw onion daily with the food they are less susceptible to any dental problems.Onion has Germs and bacteria killing properties. If you have a toothache then chew the raw onion between the affected teeth. You will get relief in a little while.

7. Garlic has antibiotic properties which flight with Many types of bacteria . Take two of garlic bud and chew it.It will give you immediate relief.

8. use of salt mixed with Black pepper powder is also very helpful to get some immediate relief from a toothache. Take equal amount of black pepper powder and salt to make a paste. Rub it on the affected gum. After rubbing you will feel numbness in the gums thereby an instant relief from a toothache.

9. Ice cubes are one of the easiest solutions of a toothache as the ice-cubes can be found in every household.Place the ice cube or crushed ice pack over the affected tooth. This will numb the tooth and gives immediate relief. There are many others home-made remedies available which I think not fair to list it here as some of the materials are really not available at everyone home and will take a time to prepare. Last but not the least,Please do the following to avoid any tooth related problems as prevention is better than cure:

1. Have a regular toothbrush before going to bed in the night.This will clear all the remains of food from gums and teeth thereby less chance of bacteria formation.

Dark Circles Symptoms
Dark circles are very visible as darkened areas around or under the eyes. Apart from that, there are no other symptoms to this problem. You may also experience water discharge from your eyes in excess which may later give rise to dark circles.

1.
Application of a thin sliced cucumber on top of each eye for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day, relieves stress and cools down the eyes.
2. A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the affected area every night before bedtime. You will see a remarkable improvement in two to three weeks.
3. Tea bags are known to be very effective in curing dark circles. A cold tea bag should be put on top of each eye for 10 to 15 minutes everyday.
4. Make a paste of fresh mint leaves and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Apply the mixture on the eyes and the dark circles for 10 to 15 minutes everyday and see the difference in two to three weeks.
5. Rose water is considered to be a natural coolant for the body and has been an old home remedy for generations. Apply two to three drops of rose water on a cotton ball and gently massage on the affected area of the eye for five to six minutes. You will see the result in two to three weeks. This method is considered to be one of the most effective cures for dark circles.
6. Drink tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. This is a good diet for dark circles.
7. Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for treatment of dark circles under the eyes. This is very effective home remedy for dark circles under eyes.
8. Vitamin C and Iron: Vitamin C and iron together help to reduce the dark circles under your eyes. Eat skinless chicken and red, yellow and orange peppers. These are rich in both and will help in reducing dark circles.
9. Mix one teaspoon flour, one teaspoon milk, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 spoon honey and squeeze half lemon juice. Apply it on face and once it is dry, rub the face with wet hands, till the pack in removed.
