1. Inheritance ,arthritis is inherited from ancestors If one of the parent have a patient of arthritis then this may be a big cause of arthritis


2.Any Injury/Accident ,may be a be lead to degenerative arthritis.

3. Our sex. Women are more likely develop rheumatoid arthritis rather than men.


4Age: Old Age increases the risk of many types of arthritis such osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout .



 5. Obesity. Having excess weight/excess BMI puts stress on joints, specially on  your knees, hips and spine., have a higher risk of developing arthritis.

The stomach gastric glands normally secretes the acid which is a normal process for proper breaking down of the food during digestion. Once the acid produced is good enough for digesting the food every things looks perfect,good health,good digestion, feeling of happiness and enthusiasm in daily work life, But when the acid is in excess then the problem starts and causes acidity which become normal to very severe causing the ailments like Dyspepsia, heartburn, ulcers etc.

Heartburn is the main symptom. This is a burning feeling which rises from the upper abdomen or lower chest up towards the neck. (It is confusing as it has nothing to do with the heart!) .Other common symptoms pain in the upper abdomen and chest, feeling sick, an acid taste in the mouth, bloating, belching, and a burning pain when you swallow hot drinks. Like heartburn, these symptoms tend to come and go, and tend to be worse after a meal.

Causes of Acidity:

There are several causes of heartburn / acid reflux. . Finding out what these are can help you make changes in your lifestyle and habit so you can prevent the acid reflux from happening.

1.Coffee, Tea and other drinks that contain caffeine  can relax the LES, allowing
stomach contents to reflux into the esophagus.

2.Chocolate  contains concentrations of theobromine (a compound that occurs naturally in many plants such as cocoa, tea and coffee plants), which relaxes the esophageal sphincter muscle, letting stomach acid squirt up into the esophagus.

3.Fried and fatty foods  tend to slow down digestion, keeping the food in your stomach longer. This can result in increases pressure in the stomach, which in turn puts more pressure on a weakened LES, allowing reflux of stomach contents.

4.Tomatoes and tomato-based products  relax the lower esophageal sphincter (LES)

5.Alcohol relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter, allowing the reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus. It also increases the production of stomach acid.

6.Tobacco , chemicals in cigarette smoke weaken the LES as they pass from the lungs into the blood and makes acids.

7.Large meals A full stomach can put extra pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which will increase the chance that some of this food will reflux into the esophagus.

8.Citrus fruits and juices  foods relax the lower esophageal sphincter (LES).

9.Eating within 2 to 3 hours prior to bedtime Lying down with a full stomach can cause stomach contents to press harder against the LES, increasing the chances of refluxed food.

10.Wearing tight fitting clothing Clothing that fits tightly around the abdomen will squeeze the stomach, forcing food up against the LES, and cause food to reflux into the esophagus. Clothing that can cause problems include tight-fitting belts and slenderizing undergarments.


Home Remedies of Acidity with Natural Treatments :


1. Taking raw  Garlic  after food is very helpful in  reducing Acidity


2.Eaing t 3-4 Almonds during Heartburns can help in reducing immediately Acidity..


3.Mint juice before meals keeps acidity at bay.


4.Take  a glass of water, squeeze the juice of a Lemon with a teaspoon of Sugar. Drink before meals and feel the relief.


5.A glass of cold Milk provides immediate relief from Acidity.

Symptoms of Dandruff:

Dandruff refers to the flaking scalp, which falls like snow flakes and sometimes settles on one’s shoulders, face, eyebrows and clothes. In the case of excessive formation of scales on the scalp there is irritating condition that is associated with bacteria.

Types of Dandruff:

There are two types of dandruff:


1.Dry Dandruff
2.Wax Dandruff

Causes of Dandruff:

Poor Nutrition

2.Fungus

3.Yeast Infection

4.High Use of Alkaine shampoo and soaps

Home Remedies for Dandruff:

1. Aloe vera Dandruff cure - with aloe vera gel . About 10-15 minutes before you wash your hair, rub a lot of aloe vera gel into your scalp. leave it on for 10 minutes, and shampoo your hair like you regularly do. if you do this everyday the dandruff will stay away.


2. Using lime juice to wash hair.

3. Soak 2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with mild shampoo.

4. Massage your hair with warm coconut oil and apply the juice of 2 lemons, steam your hair and leave the oil on for about 2 hours. Shampoo with a mild shampoo. Repeat 2-3 times a week.


Symptoms of Acne:

Acne is a group of skin rashes that have different causes. It is an inflammatory skin disease that affects the skin's oil glands. Acne is the most common skin disease. Nearly 17 million people in the United States have it. Most pimples are found on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders. Acne is not a serious health threat but, it can cause scars.

Causes of Acne:

1. Acne is often genetic 

2. Use of some medications and steroids 

3. Heavy or oily make up

4.Picking or squeezing of blackheads, whiteheads and spots can send the infection deeper into the skin and cause scarring.

Cure of Acne with Natural Treatments and Home Remedies:


1. Cook Oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes, then wash will help to get rid of acnes. 


2. Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary to reduce the acne. 

3. Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball, leave for half an hour and wash. Repeat for 15-20 day will definitely helps in acne. 

4 .Rub the acne with garlic cloves several times a day. 

5. Natural remedy for acne with Avocado: 
                                                    Wash face with avocado paste mixed with water helps in  acnes.

6. Use lavender compresses to relieve inflammation. 

7. Drink Carrot/ cucumbers juice or eat carrots or cucumbers 

8. Dip a cotton ball in egg whites and apply on clean face, wait a few hours and wash. 

9. Mix and cook 2-3 tea bags with dried basil for 10-20 minutes. Then apply on face and acne with a cotton ball 

10. Take 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of white sugar wet a little and rub it into the face where are spots.

11. Mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream ( 0% fat for oily face), 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of grind oatmeal and 3-4 drops of lemon juice. Apply on the face, leave for 10 minutes and wash off . 

12. Blend 1 peeled apple with 1 tablespoon of honey, half a cucumber and 1 tablespoon of yogurt (use a blender) ,Apply on the face, leave for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
