Arthritis is a term used to describe a number of painful conditions of the joints and bones. Two of the main types of arthritis are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.

1. Inheritance ,arthritis is inherited from ancestors If one of the parent have a patient of arthritis then this may be a big cause of arthritis


2.Any Injury/Accident ,may be a be lead to degenerative arthritis.

3. Our sex. Women are more likely develop rheumatoid arthritis rather than men.


4Age: Old Age increases the risk of many types of arthritis such osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout .



 5. Obesity. Having excess weight/excess BMI puts stress on joints, specially on  your knees, hips and spine., have a higher risk of developing arthritis.
