Symptoms of Backache:

Backache, also known as back pain, is a nonspecific term used to describe discomfort or a pain in the region of the back or spine. Backaches are one of the most common ailments. Backache may come from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. The causes for backaches vary. They may be an infection, inflammation, mechanical pain, degenerative, neoplastic, metabolic pain, referred pain or psychogenic pain.


Natural Treatment of Backache

1. Massage your back 


2.Apply a heating pad where the back hurts 


3.Take a warm bath and sit in for a while relaxing 


4.Put buckwheat in a cloth, warm in the microwave and apply on the back for a few minutes 


5.Rock the pelvis from side to side and front to back 


6.For lower back pain: eat nuts daily 


7.Swim daily 


8.Stretch daily 


9.Massage your back with mint oil 

10.Rub your back with almond oil

Menstruation is the monthly flow of fluids from the female reproductive system. These in common terminology are called menses. All these activities are under the control of hormones. Estrogen and progesterone are the two major hormones that are responsible for such activities in the female body. This process of menstruation starts with commencing of puberty, generally at the age of 13 years. The menstrual cycle is lived with the reproductive life of a female and with commencing of menses it means her ovaries have started operating. It is generally the cleansing process of nature of the structures that were prepared by the nature of conception. The cycle on an average is 28 days but it varies from individual to individual.

There are certain problems that can occur in a female. These are:

Amenorrhea- It is the complete stoppage of menses. This condition occurs in certain conditions like pregnancy, lactation period (breastfeeding), hormonal problems and stress.

Dysmenorrheal – It is the conditions where menses accompany with the pain. Nausea and vomiting are also a common symptom during these conditions. This may occur because of anemia

Menorrhea - It to the heavy menstrual flow. This condition occurs due to vitamin deficiency and other disorders.

Home Remedies for Menstruation

1. Parsley, when consumed in the dosage of 75 ml per day, is a nice way to maintain the menses to normal.

2. Banana flower cooked and then consumed with curd is effective in reducing the menstrual flow

3. In the case of painful menstruation, one should consume sunflower seeds by boiling it in water. It should be consumed about 120 ml

4. Sesame seeds powder should be consumed with warm water to reduce pain.

5. Warm water hip bath is a nice way to avoid menstrual pain.

6. Boil about six coriander seeds in 400 ml of water and then consume it to prevent excessive flow of blood

7. A fresh ginger boiled in a cup of water and then consumed helps in avoiding pain in menses.

8. Beetroot juice is a good remedy to avoid all kind of menstrual problems.

9.Smoking should be completely avoided to decrease the rate of menstrual problems.

10. Meda or the white flour products like bread, sugar preparations, cakes, tea, and coffee should be avoided.

11. Cinnamon boiled in milk is very effective method to avoid muscular cramps in menses.

12. The coriander seeds remedy is very easy to make and good home remedy for menstruation problems. Take 2 teaspoon of coriander seeds and boiled with 500ml of water. When half of the water evaporates take it off from the stove and sip it warm like tea, it will give you a great relief from pain.

Home Remedies for Body Odor

  • Drink one cup of tomato juice everyday for 1 week. The following week, Drink 1 cup of the juice, every other day. Then drink when needed.
  • Spray deodorant or talc after shower.
  • Scrub your body with some chamomile oil
  • Soak cotton wool pads in baking soda and powder the underarms.
  • Apply apple cider vinegar to eliminate under arm body odor.
  • Mexican med for body odor:Mix some baking soda with lemon juice. Rub mixture on underarms.
  • Use baby wipes to clean the underarms.
  • Apply some lemon juice on underarms after you get out of the shower to prevent the body odor.
  • Natural remedy for body odor: Put 10 drops of the essential oil in 30 mm of water and apply on the underarms.
  • Slice a potato and wipe it under each clean and dry underarm a few times. Wait for it to dry and then apply deodorant.
  • Mash 1 big piece of ginger, put it in a handkerchief. Apply on the underarms with a cotton ball, after shower.
  • To prevent body odor, drink a glass of water in the morning, on an empty stomach, along with 500 mg wheat grass. The chlorophyll present in the grass will help in reducing body odor.
  • Prepare a homemade deodorant with the juice of about two dozen radishes and 1/4 teaspoon glycerin. Mix the liquids well and pour into a spray-top bottle. Spray this in the armpits to fight body odor. Remember to store it in fridge.
  • Turnip juice is also effective in removing body odor. Grate a turnip and squeeze the grated pieces to extract the juice. Apply this juice on your underarms.

There are some tips from which you can have Good and Healthy hair ....

1. Oiling: Oiling is a very important for hair care.Apply a lukewarm olive oil on the scalp in the morning before 1 hour to bath. You can use either coconut oil or olive oil and also you can mix these oil in 1:1 ratio and apply Luke warm and massage it properly as massaging will increase the blood flow in the scalp.

2.Washing: Hair should be washed frequently. it may be couple of times or thrice a week.. depends on individual preferences.. While washing your hair, try diluting your shampoo.This should have 2 benefits.. shampoo would be well distributed.. due 2 distribution shampoo wont clog at one part of scalp.. sometimes too much amount of shampoo dries the hair.. which wont happen if u dilute the shampoo..

3.Conditioning: There are 2 types of conditioners used on daily basis..

a.Rinse off Conditioners: These Conditioners are generally used after shampooing.applied on damp hair, kept for a min or two n then rinsed of with water..

b.Leave on conditioner (do not confuse with livon):These conditioners r used on damp/ dry hair..and can be kept in hair.. no need of washing the hair.. can be used even if u r using rinse off conditioners..

4.Keep the use of other chemicals minimum,like gels, spray etc..

5.If u have AC in our room or office cabin.. never sit direct in front of AC.. the air should not directly fall 2 your hair.

6.If u drive a 2 wheeler, or travel in public transport where air is passed in a speed always tie our hair.. Don't keep them open.

7.If its pollution or too much of sunlight.. cover our hair with , cap, hat, umbrella or anything fashionable.

8.Keep a check on your diet and n food intake, eat healthy and  balanced diet.
